Lisa Bailo

I worked in payroll and human resources for 30 years. I love employment law and developing policies and procedures. I’m responsible for the company’s policies and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

I was born and raised in northeastern Indiana and have lived in the Charlotte area since 2017. I love it here and can’t imagine living anywhere else. I love all things horses and Disney so my favorite places to visit are the horse farms in the Lexington, Kentucky area and Orlando to visit our daughter.

Jim Sisson

I was born and raised in Columbus, IN. I graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a triple Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Process Management, and Operations Management. While working as a logistics coordinator for a transportation company, I met the person who introduced me to home improvement sales. I like helping people, meeting new people, and learning new things so it seemed like a great fit.

I moved to the Carolinas in 2017 with my wife who’s an OR nurse, my three adopted children, and my five dogs and fell in love with the area, people, and weather. I look forward to meeting with you to help you and your family with your home restoration needs!

Mirko Dragovich

Being bilingual, he oversees foremen and crews to ensure each roof installation meets standards in roof safety, efficiency, and manufacturer’s specifications. Mirko manages all aspects of production to meet company and project goals, ensuring customer satisfaction. With over 20 years in the construction industry, Mirko uses his extensive knowledge and skills to do what he loves best, and that is helping homeowners!
